Don't be absurd, you can be complicit in a system and be a legitmate critic, or advocate of alternative action.
No surprise really but pretty sure if some other green levy was applied to such devices in which those who could afford them but a little cheaper we all would know about them, as we would have them wafted at us by the self proclaimed great and good telling the rest of us how we are murdering the planet for having audacity use Nokia or such like.
