thing that amazes me about lescott is the chemistry he has with our other backs, he's comfortable running up every time and i rarely see us beat by the fast breaks. i wouldn't be all that surprised if he broke 8 goals for this season.
as for hattricks, AJ has them in him i'm sure. the problem is we're not the kind of team that beats up on an opponent, the most onesided games i saw last season were against watford and fulham, and with both of those i'd say the big scoreline still didn't quite capture how well we dominated. Moyes seems to want the team to control a lead rather than go all out and punish, which i'm okay with as long as we keep getting results.
