Right, so he's just having a laugh now with his shiteness?

I won't disagree that Ferdinand was world class, just don't think he is good enough anymore.

He's far too cocky and believes his own hype.

He's had injuries, injuries and lack of fitness can effect any players performances. It doesn't matter if your a top quality player or a run of the mill player. It happens, it's far too early to say Ferdinand is past it.

Alot of the top players are cocky, that's just the way it is. And what I would say it's don't judge a book by it's cover.

And the problem for England is they've got no one who can come in and replace. Neither Joleon Lescott or Mattew Upson looked comfortable when they play, Phil Jagielka is uproven and Ledley King and Jonathan Woodgate are injury prone.

Can't argue with that.

This is only a dead England game. It doesn't matter. He showed poor judgement in the Manchester Derby. I'm struggling to understand how he's all of a sudden washed up. He's the best at what he does. No one even comes close.

Writing off a world class defender. And you think I have some strange ideas.

He's arrogant and cocky and that forces errors into his game. Any game that you are chosen for requires you to give 100%. Does John Terry not give his all? What about Rooney?

There is a world cup coming up, Ferdinand needs to take these games as important as they are, not with a pinch of salt.

I wouldn't call him world class either, potentially he could have been and probably should have been - but he's not.

Franco Baresi, Maldini, Bobby Moore, Carlos Alberta, Danny Passarella.

You just said he was...

Ferdinand's not the only one who needs to up his game. (y)

Ah Ferdinand is just going through a rough patch, like all players do.

Some training exercises upping his focus a bit will sort it out.

after scoring, i'd deffo move to one side at the last sec when ferdinand tried to jump on my shoulders to grab the limelight.

he'd be in it then, "add a broken collar bone to your injury list lid"

I have said it before and i will stick to what i say, Rio Ferdinand is so over rated. He was at fault for Green's sending off and remains prone to losing concentration. He just looks good because he is at Manchester United.

Mark this moment. Good call mate.

Just watched the pen, whilst Rio shouldnt have let the ball bounce, Green was at fault for coming off his line like a clown and bringing down the player. Rio didnt make him do it.
