I just don't get this "hatred" of England It truly saddens me, I love my country and will support them at anything till the day God tells me he's had enough of me breathing his air.

It just seems to me that it's just Everton and Shyte fans, I always thought it was a stepping stone playing for a team to gain a place in the England eleven, the pinnacle of a sportsman's career.

My old man would turn in his grave if he read the shyte on these football forums to do with the disdain of England.

If there is ever a world war on before I go, I hope none of the England haters are not along side me.

I think most on this forum are like me. I support England but their not my footballing priority. There are some who hate England and some who are truly passionate about the National team like yourself. But as I said, I get the impression that the majority have a similar perspective to me.

The biggest thing for me was how can we be playing a qualifier for the european groups 200 miles from the border of china ??? - why isn't Khazackstan in the asian groups ???

I'm not a huge fan, but I prefer England to be in the big competitions. It just makes it more interesting. So I'm more or less an England supporter. To be fair to those can't stand the team, a lot of England players are very annoying, so I can see why people don't like them.

I used to care about England, but theres only so much underperforming I can take, I like to see them win and try to watch all the games. But they bore me silly, yesterdays game was about as exciting as watching paint dry.

Europe's got to have a frontier somewhere with another continent.
The fact that some af these countries play in the European zone stems (I imagine) from the fact that they are ex Soviet Union states
