England - looks like it will be Wood in for Anderson.

Australia - hearing Siddle could be in for possibly Starc. They also have to decide whether or not to rejig their batting order to facilitate Clarke at No 5.

As usual the type of pitch prepared and winning the toss could be decisive in the outcome. There hasn't been a draw yet but surely England would settle for one here to be leading the series going to the Oval, and maybe this could have a bearing on the way the pitch is prepared. It's sure to be an exciting and tense test match whatever happens.

yeah thats the sensible move, if he finds form at 5 he solves their middle order crisis, even if from a afar batting 4 or 5 shouldn't make a difference, some players just feel more at home in a certain spot, chanderpaul for example

Very few draws in modern test cricket. They score too quickly. Can't imagine these two frail batting line ups making 5 days out in the middle.
