It's especially tough given that so many England players got out to deliveries that they should have left alone in the first two tests.
If the ball's not hitting the stumps, and you can't score off it, just leave it.

he's looked a walking wicket again, options are thin though, had the unbelievably stupid trott experiment not happened we would know enough to make a decision, but i'm inclined to say give him a series, I don't think he's the answer though

our whole batting line-up is littered with attacking batsman - it's why i didn't want ballance dropped. think he should have been the one we stuck it out with or possibly pushed him to open to try it. we need two openers to set up a good base and let the attacking middle order get the quick runs - don't really need an attacking opener imo.
