warner's conversion rate must be horrific. seems to make 50-80 so many times.

hmm, shouldn't have let them get that much really, but it's a great pitch it seems. we definitely have the batting to pluck it off, just need a good start and for someone to go on and make around a ton or more.

australia really have no middle order though, do they? always the top 3 doing the contributions, before a collapse and then a mini-revival from the wickie and bowlers.

i don't like how england have their set bowlers in place of who should bowl when and don't go on the day's performance. wood was having a bad day and yet he's the only seam to bowl the full 10 - going for 72. ali bowled 8 for 37, why not keep him on if he's doing that job well? stokes 6 over for just 38 could have bowled a couple more. finn had a much better economy than wood and only bowled 7.
