I'm English and I'm struggling to support us. We are an utter embarrassment of a nation, only held off the floor of the list of self deluded irritants by the us.

The footie team have wooed me and ditched me too often for me to get excited. I just want to see the best, least cheaty team win.

So long as it's not the Germans.

I used to. But now I just worry that Everton players will get unnecessarily injured or bought. I prefer it when they're not picked.

In fairness it is like asking us if we are supporting the RS on Saturday. I have no worries about them wanting us to lose in the World Cup just as I had no worries laughing at their failure in qualifying.

Goalkeepers: Jack Butland (Stoke), Jordan Pickford (Everton), Nick Pope (Burnley).

Defenders: Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Gary Cahill (Chelsea), Fabian Delph (Manchester City), Phil Jones (Manchester United), Harry Maguire (Leicester), Danny Rose (Tottenham Hotspur), John Stones (Manchester City), Kieran Trippier (Tottenham Hotspur), Kyle Walker (Manchester City), Ashley Young (Manchester United).

Midfielders: Dele Alli (Tottenham Hotspur), Eric Dier (Tottenham Hotspur), Jordan Henderson (Liverpool), Jesse Lingard (Manchester United), Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Chelsea).

Forwards: Harry Kane (Tottenham), Marcus Rashford (Manchester United), Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Jamie Vardy (Leicester), Danny Welbeck (Arsenal).

id say out of them players i like about 4, dont dislike about 6 and hate the rest

Will Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland support and back its former master in this years World cup?

Most english fans support the other home nations when England aren't playing so it's the sensible, grown-up thing to do really.
