To be fair, I think there's maybe only Spain and France who could. Possibly Argentina at a stretch. Ronaldo will self-sabotage Portugal. Neymar will do likewise with Brazil.

Yeah I was thinking exactly the same earlier. Only difference for me is looking at their squad I don't think Brazil are good enough to win it whether Neymar is there or not. I would say they're England's level more or less

Agreed. I think it's only the climate that makes me favour Brazil over England in a head-to-head this time.

England’s opportunity has been and gone. 2020-2024 it was presented to us on a golden platter to win something, and we handed it over to a buffoon to piss it up the wall. It’ll be 50 years before an opportunity as good as that comes around again.

Do we really need Henderson in the Squad?
If he’s just there to do the Coleman role because “he’s a good lad” and the manager trusts him”, but isn’t likely to get anything other than sympathy minutes, why not stick cheerleading pensioner on the coaching staff? He’s taking up a footballers space.
He could still clap, point and tell everyone they are doing a great job while we get knocked out in the Group stage from there.
