Neither Palmer nor Foden deserve to be going, that's for sure. There are plenty of other options in their role, better options, namely Bellingham, Rogers, and probably Jazz Bowen based on the decent season he's had. I guess one of them will go though, so take Palmer.

I can't see this England squad pulling up any trees at the World Cup though. Both Ghana and Croatia will give them a game; one fumble and they're out.

All you need to do is neutralise Kane and 90% of the threat is gone.

The new wave England have coming through has some emerging top players.

The one area lacking is centre forward, remove Kane and the next one seems like being Cadamarteri's or Heskey's kid.

A real gap there.

Nah I'm more than happy about it myself. He doesn't pamper these clowns and Foden needs a kick up the arse - stank the gaff out the whole Euros.

Play good or you're not coming. Some English lads think they're just a given in this squad.

Amazed to see us second favourites in a lot of bookies.

I think our squad looks very average, especially as a lot of our best players like palmer, foden, rogers, even Bellingham aren’t in any sort of form.

The defence looks really poor for an international tournament as well.

If James can stay fit then great, but if not I think they’re a huge drop off from the likes of Walker, stones and even shaw.
