He has a point. Nothing wrong with criticism and I think (hope) he understands that, but the constant booing from your own fans must grate on players.

Always hated booing your own team, can understand frustration, just always felt it was counter intuitive to what everybody wants.

They are not lacking commitment, it is the tactics that are the problem.
