When is out FA cup game?

When is West ham manu replay?

Nobody knows about the replay yet. Interestingly, the league fixture for 23rd April was West Ham v Man Utd. That will be postponed now because the winner will be playing us in the semi-final.

We've got a stupid England/international break over Easter weekend, and West Ham's scheduled fixtures are 2nd, 9th & 17th April.
Assuming LFC finish the job and knock Man Utd out of the Europa, I'd expect the replay to be 12/13 April.
Possibly 5/6 April but I'd guess they will use the week after.

Utd forums reckon the replay will be played Wed Apr 6 with a 7pm (or earlier) kick off (due to the CL games that night), unless Utd beat LFC in the Europa and advance.

In that case, the replay would then be played on Wed Apr 20, just 3/4 days before the semi itself is played.

Heh it's a mess...

another reason to put it on the sunday, maybe!

The spare midweeks are 5/6, 12/13 and 19/20 April.
If Utd somehow beat LFC 3-0 then the Europa is on 7 and 14 April, so that would only leave 19/20 for their cup game at West Ham.
That's a big 'if' though...

CL quarter finals are also 5/6 and 12/13, so the FA would have to do a deal with UEFA to play the game on those dates.
Since Man U are away, there's no danger of clashing with Man City's CL home leg, so it wouldn't be a problem as long as they get UEFA approval.
That would be like the Hull v Arsenal 5th round replay kicking off at 7pm last week.

UEFA suck.

Jim.....do you know if our ticket allocation will go on sale before the replay, or will they have to wait until the opponents are known.

And just suppose United do turn the tables on the RS, where does that leave a replay date?

Can our ticket allocation go on sale regardless of that replay?

If Liverpool get murdered at Old Trafford and go home crying, then Man Utd would have a EL QF on 7 & 14 April, so the replay would definitely have to be Tue 19 or Wed 20 April. Right before the semi on 23/24 April.

I don't know about tickets, but I don't see why not. Wembley set the allocation and it's the same for all clubs. No reason not to sell us ours before we know the opposition.
As soon as I get word on tickets being on sale I'll post it here.

The only doubt I am having is if they need to know the competing teams to write the names on the tickets.

A pal of mine us going to fly over from Ireland for the semi.

Using public transport, approximately how long would it take getting from Luton Airport to Wembkey?

About 2 hours once you got the train. Last time I did it though....Luton Parkway (the train station) is a long way from the airport though, you have to get a shuttle bus, Maybe try NationalExpress.com and get a coach, tell the driver you're getting off in North London / going to Wem-ber-lee.

Train is safer though. You could get a local train to Watford and use the tube from there (or just head to Luton town centre and get a local train again).

Ah, so you can take the tube from Watford to Wembley....that sounds handy.

Is there a train station at the airport?

Yeah good point. I suppose they would.

Everton vs Whoever - wouldn't look that good!

EFC could start taking numbers though, just send you the tickets in the post a few weeks later or something. If the replay is gonna be 20 April then there's no time to print and post the tickets.
