Not ideal timing to be neglecting Tesla when he is on trial this week over a $56bn pay package he received which has angered some shareholders. One of the things that seems to have annoyed the shareholders is that he wasn't required to be full time at Tesla so I doubt they are particularly happy with what is happening at the moment.
