It's Musk, so very likely. He won't invest in stuff he can't make money on (either directly or by propagandising himself/his brands) though, and twitter is dead in that sense - the majority of twitter users are getting a bit older and don't like Tesla's all the much, don't really do dogecoins/NFTs/the likes, so why would he hop on the titanic as it's sinking, in a sense?
So he's basically a conman, selling crap to kids without common sense?
50/50 between that and a very business savvy person.
