To be fair, I think I agree with the underlying premise. If a nation views black men as less than human for hundreds of years you can't simply change this view by changing a few laws; you have to fundamentally change the underlying culture.

My god thats the dumbest thing I've read in a while. You have to be incredibly ignorant to come up with that train of thought without any sort of context. Its akin to saying statistically, Palestinians are more likely to be shot by the IDF than Israelis.
