Are there any successful people Brits don't hate unconditionally?

That’s trueHe has helped Ukraine to be fair and not just waved an internet flag. They have internet thanks to him.
But he has done this himself. He posted this on March 5th
He hasn’t posted about Ukraine since apart from a couple of rubbish memes (note the Ukrainians flags in his original post) and to offer out Putin for a fight.
Bit hypocritical don’t you think?
So if you are uber rich and can comfortably afford to provide internet to a nation then its ok to post flags and show support
But if you are just a normal scrub/peasant with no real way to positively effect the lives of Ukrainians, its virtue signalling
Hmm
Because of this thread I went out yesterday and test drove a Tesla Model 3. It ended very badly with some bloke removing a large wodge of cash from me. I hate you all.David Attenborough is well regarded. Then again he's not been rewarded to the same monetary degree.
I'll be honest I admire what Misk has achieved- and he uses his wealth to heep on innovating, rather than just sitting back and thinking he's done everything, like so many pop stars who just sit and watch royalties flood in off their one hit. I cant comment on him personally as I've never met the lad - but I'm sure we'd have some common ground to chew the fat on, and some differences.

See post above.Got myself a new model 3 today and it’s proper sexy. Cheers Elon!

Done My first charge at a supercharge point as waiting for my home charger to be installed… 6% to 80% was 23 quid… got the long range model so got me around 270 miles. Not too shabby. Weather I actually ‘get’ 270 miles remains to be seenBecause of this thread I went out yesterday and test drove a Tesla Model 3. Don't get mine til next week. This has had the missus beside herself with frustration as she's going to her mum's at the weekend which is 220 miles away and we won't get it in time. Its a relief to me because I'm not sure that letting her alone with this beast to make a journey at the extreme of its range (mine is a standard plus) and with her having to work out 1. How it goes and 2. How to charge it, without having done any of the obsessive research I did , wouldn't end well!Done My first charge at a supercharge point as waiting for my home charger to be installed… 6% to 80% was 23 quid… got the long range model so got me around 270 miles. I’ve never learnt to drive but if I did I’d be all over a Tesla. Was in LA a few years back and my Uber was a Model S (made a nice change from the usual Prius). The acceleration was incredible and the newer ones are even better. Would love a go in the new Roadster when it comes outDon't get mine til next week. Plus I'll be damned if she gets to play with my new toy when I can't!
What a driving experience though. And as an audio nut I was even impressed by the sound system.
Spent another 4 grand today ordering a solar charging and domestic battery system to knock the edge off running costs over the next few years too. Should be able to get 10-40 miles a day added depending in weather ... which is fine as her daily commute is only around 14 miles.
Originally I was looking for an S - but in the end decided it was too big and heavy. They have bigger batteries to give the same-ish performance, but take more charging - I like more nimble things. Still great cars though. My mate has an S with ludicrous mode. I think I left one of my fillings on his back seat when he hammered it!I’ve never learnt to drive but if I did I’d be all over a Tesla. Not to mention obsceneRead a tweet earlier that stated...
If you were given $10,000 a day, EVERYDAY since the pyramids were built ( 4,500 years ago ) you would only have 6% of Elon Musk's wealth.
Mind boggling stat
