Helluva start for him, in at the deep end and initially looked a nuisance. Once they pushed up and strangled midfield he's been marked out of the game in the main. Not his fault the middle three aint quite at the races, if we get Onana performing every week like last Saturday he never comes here to begin with. Doucoure has to be in that perfect zone where it all works out for him our it looks like he's playing in clogs. And Gueye is a complimentary player, there to bring the former two to the fore.
Shows the physicality we take for granted from Cal-Lewin, that jump and great headers...

Premier League is too high a step up for him. He’s a bottom half Championship / league one forward. But this is on the board for failing to bring someone in during then transfer window. Not him.

Shouldn't expect the world, but a bit disappointing. I think he is weak in the duels, and is unable to hold on to the ball. Doesn't seem like he plays with passion either, and contributes very little defensively.

It was worth a go but it's clearly going to be a huge ask for him to lead the line. It's not a situation where we can hope he plays himself into the league over a few games. We're in the bottom 3.

Drogba looked off the pace in his first season in the prem. This lad has it all and will come good, just needs time and support.
