Pretty certain she will have. You'd think her team would have to know about the remix to see if it's infringing.

It was actually an official mix on the release, the original is like a naff Christian pop ditty. So I wonder if back then whether the companies just commissioned like 3 or 4 remixers to get a bit of club traction, and the artist may never have had cause to listen. It ain't like there's much of her left in the remix lol
