Eden Hazard has declared that he has decided to move to the Premier League next season after his latest starring performance for his French club, Lille.

The 21-year-old Belgian midfielder scored the equalising goal from the penalty spot as Lille beat Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 on Sunday to boost their hopes of Champions League qualification.

Patrick Vieira, Manchester City's football development executive, and Martin Ferguson, the brother of Sir Alex Ferguson and a Manchester United scout, were both at the stadium.
