Bellend comment, and quite sad, using the dead to justify what happened last night.

So - as well as trying to ref a match properly the ref has to listen to all the chants?

Or can he review it later? In which case so can UEFA and charge United.

2ndlegathomeanddodgypen FC will get hammered by Dortmund.

They use it like punctuation . so many of them like so many of us know the tragedy of that day , others use it to show how boss they are . It's pathetic and disrespectful to the work so many of their fans have done never mind the suffering that they've lived through .

Whoppers.

It's ok lads, at least there's the tricky red Twitter mob there to restore some self-respect for kopites up and down the land

Can you imagine the reaction if that was Hillsborough references . They really have no shame .

That is why that phrase just pees me off now.

Jft96.....United

They aren't bloody connected. Ill be glad when the court case is over and people are punished for what happened back then, so when you see jft96 written you can just tell them to f off and read the news.

Further to my posting of that untied fan with the dart in his nose (A wayward throw from some blind arl fella in the Arkles, no doubt :dodgy:)
it appears even darts fans despise them...

I used to work with a scouser, I asked him in all seriousness what where his opinions on what happened at Heysel, his response, " it was never a penalty ", no mention of the dead.

the families of the victims of hillsborough must be sick to their stomach at reading this utter bile. It's like some sort of sick points-scoring trophy when they use hillsborough in this manner. Their football club and it's fans have made the whole episode about them and have basically shunned the victims to the background.

social media is a terrible invention, everybody think's they're famous!

Oh look, Liverpool fans almost causing more fatalities at a football match.

It's in their DNA. There's no question of that. Happens far too frequently. A club followed for the most part by ordinary decent everyday people (with cultist tendencies, like), but also by a significant number of homicidal maniacs who cant distinguish between the importance of life and death at football games.

I just heard one account there from a Liverpool fan at the game last night and he said a copper was hanging by a thread in the stands just short of toppling over to a certain death below after his fellow fans were lunging at him to get a few digs at Man Utd supporters trying to get them out of their section.

Are UEFA going to wait for this lot to kill people again or are they going to act and give them a punishment that makes that club sort out its mess? A behind doors home leg is the minimum they should impose.

I can't imagine it actually happening, but the fume from their fans and the media would be wonderful to behold if they had to play Dortmund behind closed doors. Everyone missing out on another special European night at the pit. Meltdown assured.

If Dortmund keep 11 men on the pitch for the rest of this tournament they'll piss this competition.

I had a doubts about Tuchel, that maybe he was a Klopp-lite manager they turned to on the rebound. But he's got that lot playing a very high standard of football.

Tuchel was the bloke i was sayign we should go for after moyes left mate whilst he was still at Mainz, funny thing is the rs will think he is just copying or piggybacking from Klopp and when they get beat take it as a sign of how Klopp will make them even better and probably celebrate the loss as a sign they are going places.

not for mone second will they realise that tuchel is a level above Klopp tactically and in every way besides PR, will try find the artcile on him from about 4-5 years ago - very insightful on how he is one of a new wave of managers with original ideas comign through
