As if last week's whinge in his column wasn't enough, good ould Aldo has once again sought to remind us again regarding his scoring prowess as its still being ignored apparently.

WELL done, Jamie Vardy. What an absolutely fantastic achievement to have scored in 11 successive games.

I don’t care that he’s overtaken my record, I just think it’s brilliant that a lad who has come through the leagues like he has can achieve something so extraordinary.

It seems like only the ECHO and Liverpool supporters could remember that I once scored in 10 successive matches, but I did.

Now, though, Vardy stands out in front.

And we don’t need to hear the name of that other fella from Old Trafford any more! A good result all round, I’d say.

Unbelievably pathetic....even for him.

one of the greatest things in football is the hypocrisy that that club labels us as as the bitters. Especially when you read what gerrard said about his 38 second red card vs united. Can't even say van nistlerooy because they're too bitter - if effing hilarious.

on another note, what a thug club they are, virtually every player that's played for them recently seems to get involved in something abnormal. Another case tonight, that grock they brought up get's skinned all night long so has to resort to violence because he can't hack it. seen red for less.

COLD KLOPP

Stephen 'Yosser Hughes' Gerrard

"Gizza Job........ g'wan Gizza Job...I can do that....I can paint lines ....I can put cones out...come on gizza Job"

Two stories in the Irish independent today about the RS, despite them not playing until Wednesday.
Deluded journalists and the idiots who fuel this coverage

He looked at a RS player. Ugly sod.

The thing is, who the heck knew Aldo had scored in ten consecutive games?

Not me.

Until the past few ŵeeks, who knew or even cared that "the other fella from Old Trafford" held the EPL record fior scoring in consecutive games?

Precious few outside his own household, United statisticians and football anoraks.

Aldo won't "need to hear the name" Van Nistlerooy no moah because his feat was hardly a hot topic of conversation in pubs the length and breadth of the country since he recorded it

In a few years time the question will come up in a Table Quiz asking who holds the record for scoring in the most consecutive EPL games......and half the players will have forgotten it was Vardy.

It is a ten day wonder, of interest only to supporters of the club the player scored the goals for.....as Aldo so obligingly illustrates :)

Thank you for the Aldo update; I always get a laugh out of his utterances
