ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Sturridge will not be able to train to the 'intensity' that Klopp demands and if he does then he will get different types of injuries. Not really surprised that Coutinho suffered a hamstring strain, Lallana will be next, with Firminho not far behind. Firminho looked knackered last night and kept giving the ball away.

Heard that Klopp is making a complaint to UEFA about Spurs using his new invention, 'The high pressing game'. That Klopp developed in Germany and brought over to England before he spreads it to the rest of the world.

Steven Gerrard can't wait to start working with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp as he prepares for training return at Melwood

Steven Gerrard is excited to start working with Jurgen Klopp and admits he has already been made to ‘feel good’ after receiving a hug from the new Liverpool manager.
"I got one off him, theyre quite nice. He makes you feel good. Hes got that enthusiasm, very infectious and he makes players feel special.
Im an ex player and I came out of his office feeling good and really confident........... Im very excited to go in, obviously I’ve been there for a very long time and I’ve come out for a short period but I’m looking forward going into the new set-up to having a look at what Klopp’s all about tactically, what he demands of his players and how much he’s changed since the Brendan era.
‘You just watch him in those interviews and you just love watching him. He’s got that infectious personality and I’m excited to go and spend some time with him.’

In spite of Klopp initially playing down his Anfield involvement other than keeping fit during his break over here...you can always rely on Gerrard to simultaneously juggle self promotion and brown-nosing to keep his (supposedly departed) feet under the table. Shameless.
