They do have a decent squad (Suarez, Gerrard, Sterling, Sahin, Allen, Skrtel, Agger, Reina, Johnson, Enique). It's just that they can't seem to play together. Hopefully they don't end up bringing in another forward in January.

Johnson wouldn't at all. I really, really don't rate him. It's something of a cliche to go on about an attaking fullback's defensive ability but in the case it's perfectly apposite.

The boy is a liability.

I'd take Suarez as a definite. Other than that you could make cases for a couple of players I guess. i mean their two centre backs are no mugs but they aren't exactly head and shoulders above our options.

Not getting the fuss over sterling either.

Yeah Liverpool are constantly beating teams as good as Atletico aren't they?
