They're only 4 points behind us tbh. I'd say they were right in. Its annoying because they shouldn't be. Ridiculous winning goal. Everything always turns out fine for them in the end. Their fans just don't GET it.

But then West Brom are too and Stoke.

Nah, not for me. we have a better squad and barring an injury crisis, we'll put out as strong XIs as Spurs and Arse this year. They're finishing no higher than 7th. Prepared to be vaulted here.
 
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers on Jonjo Shelvey's role as stand-in striker: "In this country it is always a very traditional target man, a clear number nine.
"Give credit to Carlton Cole today, I know him from my time at Chelsea, he is a real handful and was outstanding today.
"But you see young Jonjo at 20 years of age playing the number nine role in a different way - dropping into midfield and combining with the midfield players to make the fourth man, being a threat when he is in around the box, showing great feet and I thought he was outstanding today the kid."


ffs brendon, stop educating us, i'm pretty sure most of the footballing world knows that there are different types of strikers. do they actually have players who oplay in the right formation?

It's ok. They won today without their 'false' #9, but he'll be found out soon enough as a false manager
