duncan ferguson was welcomed back with a standing ovation after his prison sentence wasn't he.
"Ferguson came towards me and started offending me with racist abuse and said something I cannot put up with," said the 26-year-old. "He cannot call me 'black ****' while he is playing football. It is something I cannot allow someone to do. I want the Football Association to investigate." - boa morte
I'm not sure the below quotes help you understand the differences mate , if your struggling just take your time.
ON FERGUSON ALLEGATION
after an extensive investigation, which included interviews with Ferguson,Francis Jeffers and several Fulham players, the accusations were last night dismissed.
An FA spokesman confirmed: ``The FA can announce that it found insufficient evidence to charge Mr Ferguson, following allegations of racial abuse by Fulham player Luis BoaMorte.''
ON THE SUAREZ ALLEGATION
Luis Suarez was banned for eight games and fined £40,000 by the FA yesterday, after an independent regulatory commission found the Liverpool player guilty of racially abusing Manchester United's Patrice Evra.
Here's the FA statement, which confirms the finding that "Mr Suarez used insulting words towards Mr Evra," and that, "the insulting words used by Mr Suarez included a reference to Mr Evra's colour."
COMMENTS BY SUAREZ ABOUT THE INCIDENT
in an interview with Uruguay's Radio Sport 890, Suarez said: "I knew what I did and there is a kind of football law that says, 'What happens on the pitch, stays on the pitch and that's the end of the story.'"
FERGUSON ON HIS ALLEGATION
Ferguson is said to be shocked and saddened by the allegations and is preparing to defend himself strongly against any suggestion that he acted improperly during the FA Cup tie a week ago.
Yesterday, Everton declined to comment but Ferguson launched a counter-attack and insisted he is completely innocent.
So it seems Suarez accepted even admitted using particular words whilst ferguson denied the allegation . Following an investigation ferguson was cleared whilst with Suarez a case was found to answer and he was subsequently 'found guilty' and despite his huge financial resources declined to appeal.
Does that maybe explain the differences to you ? I was wrongly accused of a criminal matter but cleared whilst others are sometimes convicted so I whilst i can go to America on holiday whilst they are perhaps in prison . The issue isn't the allegation mate it's the conviction.
Hopefully that gives you more of an understanding .
As regards his quotes about staying he may well do although i have my doubts but I wouldn't trust the majority of footballer players as far as I can throw them. A little look at google shows a list of players with 'no intention' if moving shortly before they do.
