LFC and those defending Suarez don't seem to be able to differentiate between being a dyed-in-the-wool racist of the Nick Griffin ilk and making a racist comment. Even Patrice Evra said he didn't think Suarez was the former.

I think he probably did it, but I don't really have any issue with the club maintaining his innocence. It's the just the way they've gone about doing it.

Liverpool have embarrassed themselves. I accept fans are tribal and are going to support their player almost regardless of evidence that proves them wrong, but the people at the club itself have proven themselves to be completely clueless at how to conduct themselves. They really are a joke. That statement and the t-shirts. It's as though they let the kit man make the decisions down there.

I really can't be arsed with it all to be honest. The sooner it's over the better, I would have much rather he got a 3 or 4 game ban and the club didn't object or appeal.
