The old stand was pulled down in February 1994 and reopened the following September. No games were moved to accommodate the decreased capacity.

Playing nothing but away games from February through May would have been logistically impossible. So we soldiered on with three stands in operation. Much like every other team not named Liverpool FC would have done.

Happen my memory is playing tricks but I only remember the Wimbledon game being played with only three sides of the ground intact
