He can't run around enough for Mr Klopp so the fans don't like him now. They fume that he's letting Mr 'I'll win the league in 4 years' Klopp down. The aamusing thing is, the likes of Coutinho, Firminho and Lallana don't have the body physiology to become marathon runners with stamina and strength. Southampton supporters could set their alarms to 70 minutes and Lallana would get the hook. Firminho - the Bundeslegia may be physical but it does not have the physical intensity game after game with no let up. Plus there is no winter break for him to recuperate. Coutinho has always been a hit and miss drift in and out of games - a luxury that you can afford if all the others can do the donkey work.
Relying in these 3 constantly has worn them out - they look knackered. They threw in the towel today when the going got too much for them. And to be told via the press they need to run more is just brilliant. It wouldn't surprise me if he has lost the dressing room already.
