Any normal ref books Lucas in the first 15 minutes and that feller is standing off instead of continuing to press. That was one of the key points in Chelsea's defeat. Then the corrupt ref goes and plays another 30 odd second added time in the first half to let them get a shot off and they score. Their own torpor in that first half when they had them on the ropes ultimately lost it for them though.

Spot on, regardless of any decisions by that tit Clattenberg, anyone woukd have won today because that's as bad a Chelsea performance as we are ever likely to see.

Liverpool are not seen as a threat and so opponents aren't going to take them seriously at the moment. If they start to threaten though they'll be easy enough to shut down. It;'s what we've experienced with teams standing off.

He'll need to get a lot of top quality in to do anything. He may get that quality, who knows. But they are miles off and will find it hard getting a CL spot. Chelsea will appoint a new boss and their players will start playing again. I wouldn't write them off just yet for a CL place.
