There was little of this around in Rafael's day so his tactics hadn't been studied and put into practice in bedrooms the length and breadth of the country.

Hence the more phlegmatic approach by those of us who have seen Uncle Woy, King Kenny and Brent lauded as the new Messiah in recent years
