What is the difference between Ings and Sterling.... as Sterling's agent said, it's not about money as no one will be given him much more if more at all than what Lpool offered him. He just thinks he's capable of moving to a bigger club were he has more chance of winning things and I have no doubt whatsoever that he knows clubs that want him.
You've fell into an age old trap there Boris thats been around since the late 60's early 70's. There's no better club for a player to play for than the high and mighty Reds.
Yeah yeah of course you can obviously point to the fact Utd have won more than them and our probably the biggest club in the world, or say Chelsea are the champions and looking to create a dynasty with a young squad and proven winner of a manager, even how Arsenal have a bigger stadium and better squad thats back amoungst the runners and riders for silverware. You could even stoop so low as to acknowledge City have won the league twice in the last 4 years and being possibly the richest club in the world will buy the title again next year. But all that ignores the fact that Liverpool used to win the league regularly over a quarter of a centery ago and how it feels like only last year, all though it was actually 10 years ago when wee wee Raheem was still in primary school, they fluked the most flukey of wins in the champions league. You're cleary missing the point.
So when you strip away all the relative advantages of moving and reduce the ambitionomitor to zero it's clear the best place for a young talented footballer is the club that wins nothing and finishes 6/7/8th every season. A club who are managed by a fella who's won nothing ever or even laid the foundations for success anywhere, with owners who've showed they're not willing to compete with the big boys because every dollars a personal friend. Staying puts the best choice for Raheem and clearly the holy Mecca for any good footballer with an IQ of sub 45.
