Origi:

“I’m very happy to be going there. Brendan Rodgers is a very good coach and he has proved that so it will be very exciting to work with a world-class coach."

Good player Milner, but he has been playing alongside superior players at City. Can't see Hendo providing the same quality as Toure or Lampard etc...

Henderson, Can and Milner behind Lallana, Sturridge (when he is off the treatment table) or Origi, Coutinho. While Milner is a decent signing, that lot are hardly earth shattering and are not going to set the Prem alight. Rodgers gone by Christmas.

I like Milner and this is a good signing. However, if he's a replacement for Gerrard and he's going to be moved into the middle I'm not sure about that. Almost every manger he's had have seen what he has in his locker and put him out wide instead. I know he's played there earlier in his career but I doubt all those managers can be wrong.

Looks like a player with a bit more stature than the boss who signed him dictating matters...and if Rodgers starts pushing him out wide I wonder how long this will last.

I take it managing Reading, Swansea and the RS qualifies as a world-class coach?

Joachim Low take note.

I like the way Origi states Gnashers is a very good coach then quickly describes him as a world class coach. He's already got the hang of exaggerating the importance of every single person or thing connected with Libpoolfc.

He'll fit in well with the cult.
