ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

There are basically only a few different types of post in the Everton thread on RAWK:
-Laughing when we lose (ok, fair enough)
-saying we've 'won without winning' when we draw
-saying that were releasing a DVD of a match that we win
-doing a variation of the bill kenwright money quote that is vaguely relevant to the current game (eg if we're playing a Swiss team something like where's the chocolate money, Bill?")

If the mods said no one was allowed to post any of the above, the thread would die. It is such a witless thread yet full of smiley and laughing emoticons.

Yeah, their thread tends to shape up a bit like this:

Oh yes. Stems from a thread, probably this one I guess, from a while back. Chico got some as well if I recall.

It took them over a day to realise that the first letter of each of my answers to their derby questionnaire spelled out LFCMURDERERS.

It was quickly airbrushed from history, not unlike the 1985 European Cup Final really.

These past few months has seen him rise up like bastion of good but this is the cream on top.

If my memory serves me well, it had something to do with the revelation that an arch RAWK contributor, cant remember his name, but a bit of an internet/twitter/facebook loon, with the most Pro red, Anti blue posts that you could imagine, is married to a season ticket holder at GP, and even has a ST here so he can watch the derby with her.

Or something like that.

There is no joy in supporting LFC. Their expectations are so ridiculously high that a fairly decent season makes them die a little inside.

At this point they are verging on the moribund.

They pretend to soldier on like the great supporters they are, but it's all a facade.

They find it impossible to celebrate any form of victory without coating it in hatred for the opposition or someone who has nothing to do with the game being played.

91st minute last night - they started that Godawful dirge.

I can't have been the only one who laughed at that. :)

I would love to read that!
