The difference between N'gog and Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards is that Eddie went downhill with style.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is lining up a last-minute swoop for Chelsea striker Daniel Sturridge, according to The Mirror.
Rodgers is ready to sell Charlie Adam and Stewart Downing to help raise the funds to carry on his rebuilding project.
Sturridge is high on the hit-list of the former Swansea manager whose attacking brand of football is similar to Barcelona.
Rodgers is a big admirer of Sturridge, a player in the mould of Barcelona's David Villa.
Sturridge, 22, fears being sidelined after not starting any of the Blues’ two league games so far in 2012-13 and was also on the bench for the Community Shield clash against Manchester City.
He has become frustrated at Chelsea after failing to seal a regular place in the side or get a chance in his favoured role as a central striker.
Chelsea are aware of Liverpool’s interest even though a bid has yet to come in.
So is Rodgers seriously burning bridges with some (if not virtually all) of the Dalglish signings? Alienating Downing, Adam & Carroll doesn't seem the way to win the dressing room over IMO - it's only a small step to giving Carragher the heave (even if most neutral observers think he should go), rumours of Agger wanting out (or being offered for sale) etc. This is shaping up into a bit of a comedy.

Rodgers has allegedly TOLD Andy Carroll that he is unwelcome at LFC and would be better off elsewhere.
Rodgers needs to offload players in order to buy - this includes Adam, Spearing and Downing.
Carroll won't budge. He has allegedly said he is happy at LFC and wishes to fight for his place - thus screwing with Rodgers and his plans in the transfer market.
Happy times.![]()
Rodgers has backed himself into a corner and now he is trying his best to unsettle the player, He has dropped him from the Hearts game tonight and has prob sat down with him and told him he will never be first pick
Made up Carroll has told him to stick it up his arse, I still think he will end up at Newcastle tomorrow with the RS taking a massive loss on the player
