I think the real reason the Yanks wanted Balotelli was to market LFC in the US amongst black people. Balotelli is probably the most marketable black footballer in the world and the Yanks thought he would be making the headlines. Well he certainly has done that.

I love how after Chomper did his thing, bites, dives and racism, gerrard beating people up in bars, they have the audacity to have a behaviour clause in Mario's contract. Every player has a duty to be a role model to kids but Mario is no were near the baddest apple in their rotten fruit bowl.
It would be hilarious if Mario went on a run of scoring one or two goals a game, (losing 2-1 or 3-2 of course) then he gets to the point were he says sod you all im off back to Milan, leaving them with no goalscorers in the team.
