Met Jan Molby last night at a meal with work, he spoke about the current Liverpool side. How they have wasted a ridiculous amount of money and how Rodgers has spent more money than any other Liverpool manager. He and other ex players believe he's wasted it massively in Markovich and Ballotelli.

He was very complimentary to our current team and manager talking about how strong the teams work ethic and character is, plus the playing style.

He was a nice fella to be fair.

In my playing days, many people likened my midfield play to Jan Molbys. Unfortunately, they were referring to appearance rather than skill. Shirts were always a tight fit.

I've always had time for Molby and Ruddock. Even Rush, to be fair. These days I think Carragher is pretty decent and objective too.

I like Carragher as a pundit, bell as a player but as a pundit he comes across ok

Last year worked out well in the end but it was a bit too close for comfort.I prefer when it's a typical Liverpool season where they typically flatter to deceive after their annual pre season hype and bluster.It's the middle of November and Liverpool are already out of the title race.Normal service has been resumed.
