They've spent as much as anyone bar the oil clubs yet they have never been able to fight on all fronts like an Arsenal or United consistently have. Even when they won the CL they had the luxury of resting players in the league because they had no chance of winning it.

As for Henderson he could be the next captain. Or the next manager could come in and see what an average player he is and he wouldn't be there much longer.
