ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Lot of pressure on them tomorrow.

A poor result and the natives at a The Pit will really start getting restless.

I think they are feeling the same kind in heat Moyes felt at OT last season.

His run of poor results and performances were made to look even worse when compared to how Martinez and Everton were playing.

The RS raid on Saints during the summer, giving them over £50 million is already looking like a flawed policy due to the great guns Saints are going and the way they used the Anfield dough.

If they continue to underwhelm and Saints stay above them for a few months a very unfavourable comparison between Brent and Koeman will be drawn.

A lovely side plot developing in the story that is the premier league.

Its a fella who seems to be genuinely wound up by the slogan 'we go the game'. I think a little bit of wee comes out each time we are less than capacity, he gets himself so worked up, bless.

In all seriousness he obviously has something wrong with him. Genuinely feel a bit sorry for him.

He does realise that we sold out yesterday doesn't he?

Probably lives on a farm in Devon as well like

oh leave him alone, he's not doing any harm, counting the fans rrr bless him

there's wobbers and wapists out there and we're having a go at an empty seat spotter

sort it out GOT'ers

"We Go Again" is the benchmark for anyone looking for the epitome of a self inflicted cause of national embarrassment. It is also factually wrong as "they didn't" either. "We Go The Game" is merely a statement of fact.

I agree, it's like highlighting the failure to 'go again'. A mate of mine who is a red said he thought it was really heroic but it's just embarrassing, because it just reminds us all of their capitulation at the end of last season. Whenever they lose to some mid-table club I brace myself for all the 'we go again's on my facebook/twitter etc.

As for 'we go the game'...i just don't like any sloganeering in football really...'The Chosen One'...that was another recent example that made me ingest my testicles.

"we go again" is like some ancient blood-curdling battle cry that echoes through the ages, a clarion call to all the faithful followers around the world, Erik the Viking's scandinavian war-horn of ..oh f uck off even I don't know where I'm going with this

sorry

Just watching MOTD2 and they've just shown the Rodgers press conference regarding the club v country thing. What a rambling self obsessed berk he looks pausing every couple of words as though hes Caesar addressing the Forum. Then he stares down to his left every 20 secs as though hes reading an autocue.....even Mark Chapman anchoring the show said after it "well, we got there in the end". Jesus tonight.

Embarrassing wasn't it, the media are slowly catching on though.
