Thing I'm liking most about Rodgers at the moment is the self styled Shankly imagery and quotes.
He's got the blazer/tie/liverbird combo off to a tee and in between counting on his thumbs he's always trying to summon the past and allign himself with Bellefield's favourite reject visitor.
The over enthusing over ethics and supporters is a clever game as their needy egos will lap it up and the troll faced whopper knows it bides him time.
His fallout when it comes shall be tremendous viewing. They've invested in him emotionally, although as we seen with Benitez and Dalglish there's no sentiment when it comes to them not getting their feel good fix.
They are the greatest show on earth but not in the way they would like to think they are.
