Ray Houghton there on SSN, saying Mourinho is a great defensive coach but you need to change your philosophy if you want to win major titles.

I'm in bits here. They're so bitter, it's fantastic.

...yes, but Brent got Swansea promoted...which counts for more than all those achievements.

this is exactly why we hate them. why are they all crying because chelsea beat them on the counter attack? they hail benitez as a god for having much more dire tactics. chelsea had half their 1st team injured, their best player missing and played a very weakened team - they handed it to them on a plate. why are they blaming chelsea? f*cking retards, the lot of them, football is about the final score - it always has been.

they had to play city when kompany wasn't fit, aguero injured and toure went off injured. they played us where we had players injured and more than half of our first XI were shoe-horned into playing because we had no-one else, then lukaku (our only fit striker left) got injured. they've had numerous things go their way this season, it's their fault and their fault only if they lose the title now - they were gifted it.

Sky Sports this morning spent a fair time trying to portray Mourinho as a hypocrite. Which is odd, because Rodgers post match tantrum was so at odds with his 'class and dignity' mantra.

It's a funny old world.
'class and dignity' see ' hiding in bedroom while lad offers you out'

Can we accidentally let Aguero score 20, then if they let us score about 16/17, our gd will still never be caught by Spurs, they're in the clear, and Aguero would get the premier league record and golden boot.

These set of events will go down so well in the future ONLY if they don't win the league.

It's not over yet :(

Indeed, but yesterday was supposed to be the day they crowned themselves at the pit after seeing off Chelsea's stiffs. They went there yesterday expecting to see them as good as clinch it, so it made the afternoons' events marvellous viewing :)

They crowned themselves weeks ago after spurs mate. They've been celebrating for weeks already. Did you not see the t shirts ' premier league champions ' doing the rounds.

They've got all involved in their celebrations too. You only have to look to whoever refs their games every weekend to realize this. A different ref glides into analfield each week on a magic carpet and carries them closer to the official confirmation of champions. Those carpets have been arriving each week since boxing day and you would have to be dumb as a rock to not see it
But yeah they're champions mate. Its done. Jose has done his best saying so in public.
