Mikey there were stories of him banging some bird going around a month or so ago, it was laughed about a bit on Twitter etc but absolutely nowhere near as much as this story. The main difference being that this person is transsexual.

Like it or not mate, having sex with a transsexual is not 'the norm'. There has to be only a few thousand post-op transsexuals in the country (at best) so of course its going to be met with a different response. The fact is that its 'allegedly' Brendan Rodgers doing the rodgering is what makes it a story, not so much the girl.

Oppression is a societal phenomenon, mate. It's insidious but it's there and it's real. Let's go back to 50s Mississippi. Clearly, black people we being" oppressed" but how exactly did that look? How did it manifest itself? And what was it that was happening to bring that about?

We all think of lynch mobs and tar and feather gangs - but the everyday attitudes, the jokes, the mockery, the casual racism were what set the scene for everything else to happen.

I truly believe we need to think bout how our own attitudes impact on others, especially in a negative way. Really, what is wrong with that?

Comparing what the blacks in America had to go through with taking the piss out of our hated rival's manger for allegedly banging a tranny is one hell of a stretch. No one in the latter case is being oppressed, i.e. denied their rights. And who started the whole thing in the first place? That's right, the attention-seeking transsexual, which in my opinion makes it all fair game.

Of course it's funny that Brenda has allegedly smashed a tranny it wouldn't be nearly as funny if it was a female from birth, what's with the uber pc leek and spinach tartelette eating attitude? This is why comedies in the main are ****e nowadays although I do cringe at Love THY Neighbour (in fact I tried to watch it and had to turn it off). But a lot of the jokes in Only Fools and Porridge wouldn't be aired these days.

If there was even a suspicion of one of my mates going with a tranny I'd be on him like a tramp on chips and would of course expect the same back, the fact that it's the manager of them makes it funnier even if it is bollocks.
