It's from his autobiography mate. Go to this page then ask your browser to find the word Everton, it's about 3/4 of the way down. In Firefox, Chrome and IE it's Ctrl+F to open the find option.

Yeah a red I work with reckons the same - that baines should sack off United for Liverpool. Won't have it when I say he doesn't have the mental toughness to cross the divide, which makes the whole argument pointless.

Enrique being out is good for us, not the most skilful BUT strong, which none of our right midfield options are

Good old FSW - still good value!

Personally, I believe that it is symptomatic of a number of things at the club. Even with their recent buys, there hasn't really been a stand-out big name player bought, they have all been bought on relatively (to them) low wages, or certainly lower than the players they were replacing. IMO, it's all cost-cutting.
