He isnt better than Torres - who at his peak was every bit as skillful as Suarez is, who was (and is, when he is on form) a better finisher, who had won the world cup and european championships when he left, and who also has the advantage of not being a complete mentalist. He also left with considerably more grace, and much more justification, than displayed by Suarez.
But if anyone needs to be sectioned as the result of this deal, its Wenger. £50 million, give or take a few quid, could have probably bought any striker in the world apart from Ronaldo or Messi this summer, and he is about to spend it on someone who can be absolutely guaranteed to get banned and want to jib them off in two summers time.
