They always seems to elevate one player in their squad to almost God like status, worshipping every single move and action that they do which in turn inflates the player's ego massively, causing them to realise that they're better than Liverpool and want out.

Once he gets told that trickery is unacceptable and he's made to 6 yard pass with Joe Allen, I sense a second season Jelavic turnaround.

Looks the business to me, Coutinho. No idea if he'll be afforded the same space and time he had last year though. If Suarez goes he'll be the opposition's number one target and to shut him down will be to shut Liverpool's only threat down, most probably.

If you look at who Coutinho played against last season, he only beat one top half team and even then Liverpool got their goals after he left the pitch. He lost to West brom and Southampton and drew with Reading and West Ham.

Even the lucky but quite creditable draw with Chelsea was only made possible after he was substituted.

His best games came against the uninterested Fulham and Newcastle, neither of whom had much to play for. Newcastle had a fan in goal, I think that's what he was anyway.
