ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Be funny watching him and Neville both trying to disguise the utter hatred of each other & their clubs while Redknapp talks utter bubbles in the background.

Methinks Jamie might be getting the boot as the result of this move, lets face it you would get the same level of informed punditry from a teatowel, as long as the teatowel's dad was a manager.

Sky have got Souness, Redknapp and Neville - 2/3.

ESPN have got Barnes & Keegan - 2/2.

MOTD have got Hansen, Shearer & Lawrenson - 2/3.

Do we really need any more Kopite pundits?

Out of all of them, Gary Neville is so far ahead of the rest when it comes to insight, knowledge and passion that it's painful.

Have a feeling Phil will end up with Sky after another season.

Expect a furious e-mail from the society of British Teatoweller's any time soon.

They won't stand for such an affront.

...as well as commentators Alan Parry (SKY); Beglin (ITV); Green (5Live).

Imagine if United had ex-players all over football's broadcasting in this country, their heads would be spinning like in the Exorcist.

EDIT: and Fowler trying to get his adenoidal delivery in on the BBC too.

Unreal the blanket they've thrown over football. Surely the media must be embarrassed by it?
