ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Someone I know said he and his friends bought 6 fakes, did he get in? , oh yes because at the last minute he got a genuine ticket for 500 euros , Fkn liar.
They cant get their heads around the fact French police wouldn't ignore criminal liverpool fans, their laughable defence and denials makes me wish the police used napalm instead of tear gas.

And he had €500 on him for a 2 day visit?
More blagging.

I've heard journalists saying that they did see and know of fans who bunked in and did not deny that they had. They said that the numbers being bandied around by the authorities were way off the mark and the response was also awful. Which it was.

It's 2022, it shouldn't be happening. And yes, that club need to sort their own house out first.
Honestly I’ve not seen one say it out loud.
Well the French senators are also very much going in on the ministers in question Roydo, so, no.

They lied.
Them lying after the game hasn’t caused problems at the game has it.

I mean that seems a stupid point to have to make but here we are.

Exactly. 2-3 hours is ample time and apparently when they were advised to go.

Anybody going longer before than that was of course well within their rights to but probably playing it extra safe. The fans turning up late line was quickly proven as nonsense so I'm not sure why anyone on here is suggesting it was the case, even the French government have said it wasn't down to that.

I dont think arriving late was an issue. I mean I dont know, but I dont think it was.

So there’s first hand evidence (be it video or their own admission) now of the following

Lfc fans jibbing
Lfc fans climbing fences to get in
Lfc fans assaulting a L’equipe journo
An LFC fan assaulting a cameraman
Lfc fans selling fake tickets

I haven’t seen any of the above mentioned once in the British media. Literally not once.

Again the french government are chatting [Poor language removed] with their figures, again the locals have caused havoc and had trouble with fans after, again the french police are bellends.

But you’d think with the evidence of the above being out there it would at least get a mention no?

Said this on Monday and still nothing.

The L’equipe journalist being attacked is the mad one for me, normally journalists stick together like glue, but this fella hasn’t had his name spoken once over here since Saturday night.

Only in the context that they (genuine) were there later than the fake tickets already packing their end out.

Perhaps so. But the issue here is people who did have legitimate tickets, or indeed any tickets slowing the process up.

I mean I could be wrong, but does look like people arrived in good time.

The Battle of the Stade de France (just before 1800)

Allons enfants de la Redsh*te,
Le jour de gloire est arrivé !
Contre nous de la UEFA
Our bloody Flags are ev-er-y-where,
Can you hear us dans les Fjords
Mugir ces féroces Kopites ?
Ils viennent jusque dans vos stadium
To scalp vos fils, vos Judies - and steal your tickets !

Refrain :
Aux barrieres, citoyens,
Formez vos bataillons,
March on, march on!
Qu'un sang impur
And take over every bar !

I think you have fell for the RS narrative like everyone else in your industry . You can’t see that all we are saying in here is that Liverpool need to own up to their fans share of the problems caused. Thats not us saying uefa and the plod shouldn’t be held accountable as well. But you have argued their cause for 48 hours now
You're very much mistaken.

Perhaps so. But the issue here is people who did have legitimate tickets, or indeed any tickets slowing the process up.

I mean I could be wrong, but does look like people arrived in good time.

As far as I can see and read, the RS end was full, well, more than full, way before some genuine ticket holders turned up.

But done with this now. Blame is with fake tickets. As in, no fake tickets, no problem. We have all arrived at Goodison a few minutes before KO, with genuine tickets. Never, ever an issue. If the ground was rammed an hour before we did, with fakes, problem. That is what happened in Paris.
