ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

I don't live in their world.
We all do. We live in the world of those who shape it.

Since when has "thus" meant its correct.. apart from mathematicians.
Thus - as a consequence of.

Once again...with a yawn.. this thread is not about us. Its about laughing about them...
This thread is about our place in their world.

That we overly obsess over them far more than they do over us is a further 'thus'.

It’s not that deep, they spend over £100million more on wages than 80% of the league each year.
We also spend a lot. Not that far off them.

Spot the difference.

They like to sweep this under the rug though to keep up their brand as the “underdogs”.
What does that make us then?

When they beat us the other week, they were all over our social media, literally every top comment was one of them complaining about how we played. It’s like they couldn’t be happy about winning without some sort of validation from ourselves.

Only 5k of their season ticket holders are from the area which I think says a lot about their behaviour after the derby win. It’s hard to believe they feel the a connection to their club, the same way we do to ours, otherwise they wouldn’t feel the need to over-compensate over stupid things.

The point about us spending nearly the same amount of money is ridiculous and just a false narrative by the media. Hence why everything is about us spending 500million and theirs is about the net spend.

Yet we have all these reds, that come on here pretending that they are blues.

They celebrate their first league title in 30 years, by setting fire to the Liver buildings just because we have an office there.

So with all due respects, that statement is a load of rubbish. I suggest that you should consider reevaluating that opinion again.

So would any other club get a bbc commissioned heroic fappfest artistic montage created hours after a cup win ? View attachment 165562
Sickening mate. The media were so biased on who they wanted to win.

In the match last night, I heard one of the commentator refer to Jota as 'Jota the slotter!'

And 'These Liverpool fans brought the whole of Anfield with them!'

Nothing is forever, at some point, they’ll get sick of Klopp, one or two players get older or demand a move, they get a raft of injuries due to playing too many games. Suddenly everyone smells blood and figures them out.

As we saw with Evertons season there is not a lot seperating the bottom 10 in the league. A few wins is the difference between getting relegated and being mid table.

I would not put it past any of the teams in the top half to get relegated in the next 10 years. We went from being comfortable in mid table to a relegation fight within 2 months. We’re almost out of it and it’s good experience but if it can happen to us it can happen to any club.

They won the FA Cup - it is what it is. With Salah and van Dijk potentially injured alongside Fabinho, it appears as if their squad is starting to show sign of strain.

I wonder if the mentality monsters will still commit 100% to the league or will move their eyes towards the CL.

it is weird...i just posted in the Moshiri thread how we're somehow cursed: finally get a rich owner and he turns all our managers and players to shyte.

I've learnt that life isn't quite a random series of events, there is such a thing as energy, synchronicity, karma and other mysterious things we don't even have words for. Even entities like certain sports clubs, or individuals, tap into this.

It might be something as simple as attitude. i.e. mind over matter or willpower: you will success by simply wanting it more, or conversely you fail often as you're not convinced you should win.

Individual and collective attitude has shaped everything from a humble man's destiny to the direction of the human race thus far. Attitude makes things happen. Attitude is the number one reason for sustained success (or failure). Attitude taps into this cosmic power that powers fate. Attitude shapes the very world we live in.

Basically....they want it more than we do. And thus we live in their world, not ours.
there is an element of truth in this, self fulfilling prophesies etc , but favourable refereeing decisions also help
