Yes that was the infamous Dr Fuentes business wasn't it.
They brought the courts into it time after time to prevent retrospective testing of blood samples.
Apart from tennis and cycling footie in the form of Real Madrid and the national team were rumoured to be involved.
That was a very frustrating cover up.
