ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

They cant complain, we had to do it against them at the s/f a few years ago, because the Sunday fell on the anniversary of Hillsborough iirc, a date they wont play on.
Shame they won't play on or acknowledge the anniversary of the hysel disaster isn't it?

It will get moved, special dispensation FC strike again, even though the stupid semis have been at Wembley for years (always hated them being there meself if I'm honest).

It is ridiculous from the rail firms to hold the works on that date, although it's nothing new, they do it every year.

Opop
They'll never change mate, cheating the system, cheating in general is in their dna.

Guaranteed they will all be fit for the next pl match.

Some would call it clever of them, marginal gains and all that, but it's blatant cheating.
I see another Lazarus has arisen. Arnold, who Klopp said only last week would be out for weeks with a hamstring injury, is now pictured on an exercise bike in a Dubai sports gym. Herr Klopp's ole anti asthmatic special brew juice must now be available in liniment form.

Klopp’s just declared a spring break effectively for his international Liverpool players. He’s a bad cheat, hopefully one day it will all come out.

Was thinking the same about Heysel. Just my opinion, and I back them 100% over Hillsborough, but I think they should play on the anniversary date but I respect their and the familes wishes.

Can't agree there about respecting that decision not to play. Refusing to play on that date is just virtue signalling by them. It's possible to respect the dead but still call that out as utter BS. Nobody else has ever refused to play on an anniversary in perpetuity. Do Bradford refused to play on the anniversary of the fire? Rangers on the anniversary of the terrible Ibrox disaster? And they were fine with playing us in the semi on the nearest Saturday, one day before, which if anything has more significance as it was a Saturday game. It's all part of the weaponisation of it, the disaster means nothing to most of the players and staff now, and I'm going to call it and say a good proportion of the self-entitled mutant fanbase couldn't give a monkeys unless they can gain an advantage from it.

Horrible, hypocritical mob from Klopp down...

Imagine them agreeing to play at Old Trafford (almost the same capacity as Wembley)

Indeed, imagine say Chelsea playing Arsenal in the Europa League Final and transferring it to Wembley from Baku.. or, I don't know Man U v Chelsea, Spurs v Liverpool, Man City v Chelsea... Madrids..

How hard would it be to rearrange the award of the final to give Baku the following year instead when two sides from the same country meet in the final.

Keita pulling out of internationals now as well. Just so blatant. This lot are injury free game after game until international break rolls round then they’re all going down. They’re the first ones crying as well when they don’t get picked for the tournaments.
I've seen the Athletic crying about Alexander Arnold not 'getting a fair crack of the whip' at international level.
He pretty much pulls out of every squad he gets picked for then makes a miraculous recovery the week after.
What is Southgate meant to do? Keep the spot warm for him, Southgate has a job to do, and when he has a plethora of talent at right back and cant rely on Alexander Arnold to turn up, its pretty evident he will use other options
