ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

It's City's title as long as they don't bottle it. Just need to avoid defeat at home to Liverpool
Liverpool have been done by City twice in close run seasons. They have to have a big lead to see it through.

City have gone through - for them - their poor patch by dropping 7 points in the last handful of games.

I dont expect to many more lost. Liverpool have a tougher run in and are that point behind.

I stand by my statement a few months back that the title is over. It is.

Hoofball, kick and rush isn't it. But difficult to defend against those Olympic sprinter strikers.
It's effective, I'll give them that, but it is agricultural - don't care what the vermin or their establishment media mates say.

Kick and rush had always been the Liverpool way tbh, even going back to shankley and before - they've never played brilliant football throughout their history.

As long as City are top after that Liverpool game they'll definitely see it through.

They think they are this unique sporting institution revered around the world and hate it when anyone criticises them.

They were all deathly quiet over the Suarez racism, trying to get around it by all of a sudden being experts in Spanish language or South American culture.

They just won't have it at all that they are wrong about anything and expect everyone to be in awe over everything they do.

Used to know some lad who was in the army for years and he was in the first Gulf War. Said him and his unit were captured by Iraqi forced but they didn't torture him because he had a RS tattoo and the Iraqis liked John Barnes. I did spit my pint out laughing at him but had to stop as he was a proper nutter and would have filled me in. I probably stopped him saying they all had a YNWA sing song in the cells with scarves then were released.
I think a lot of it comes down to them being the club of choice for people on Merseyside not really raised in families, where their arl fella likes footy. If you remember the few years aftet when they won the 2 trophies under Benitez, town used to be packed when they played at 5 30. A lot if the time these fans weren't watching the football it was an excuse to go out and act like an idiot. They would often view you supporting Everton as if you'd said the world's flat and would often try to convert you to the dark side. They behave like gossiping schoolgirls in the pub, virtue signalling to one another for the whole match. There are generally the least knowledgeable group of supporters you can meet. They know nothing about other clubs, they can't take any banter at all without in getting nasty. Also there's always kick offs between their supporters at big games, you don't get it with anyone else.

Kneel before Big Red lads. Let them attach a collar to our scabby necks saying “Property of Big Red” and walk us if we behave and admit that they’re miles above Everton and always will be.

The war is over. We didn’t even lose, we were humiliated.
Pfft, tis but a military incursion not a war, and anyway it’s just a nick we’ve received , ok we may have lost a couple of arms and a leg but as long as we’re hopping about we can still kick the RS up the ass with our one good foot.

I am absolutely disgusted with Russias war crimes being committed against Ukraine, and i fully agree with the sanctions being imposed on that country. But i have something to get off my chest here.

With our links to Usmanov, we've been subjected to a lot of sanctimonious lectures from kopites, about how we should be ashamed and all that.

Well their club is owned by Americans, and that's a country that's committed plenty of war crimes in places like the middle east etc. So really rs fans are in no position to adopt a moral high ground here imo.

They are owned by a Trump supporting right wing billionaire.

Yet they continue to peddle the lie, see banners on Kop, that they are the manifestation of proletarian virtue, and ideological purity.

Amnesia FC= Heysel, furloughing all minimum wage staff, trying to form SCAB league, I could go on.
